AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, RX 6650 XT Endgültige Spezifikationen bestätigt: Flaggschiff Navi 21 GPU Rocks 335 W TDP & 2310 MHz Boost Clock
AMDs Radeon RX 6000 Refresh-Serie erscheint nächste Woche und wird drei Grafikkarten enthalten, die RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT und die RX 6650 XT. Wir konnten jetzt die vollständigen und endgültigen Spezifikationen aller drei Modelle bestätigen.

Beginnend mit der Aufstellung wird die AMD Radeon RX 6000 „RDNA 2 Refresh“-Reihe in drei Geschmacksrichtungen erhältlich sein. Dazu gehören die Radeon RX 6950 XT, die Radeon RX 6750 XT und die Radeon RX 6650 XT. Diese Grafikkarten sind nicht als offizieller Ersatz für die bestehende Produktpalette gedacht, sondern eher als Verbesserung gegenüber den aktuellen Karten. Der erste Blick auf diese Grafikkarten wurde von gemeldet Grafikkartez.
Die AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT wird über der Radeon RX 6900 XT platziert, und die Radeon RX 6750 XT wird über der Radeon RX 6700 XT platziert und die Radeon RX 6650 XT wird über der Radeon RX 6600 XT platziert. AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT – Navi 21 XTXH-betriebenes Flaggschiff
Die AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT wird mit der Navi 21 XTXH-GPU in ihrer vollständig aktivierten Die-Konfiguration mit 80 Compute Units oder 5120 SPs geliefert. Die Karte verfügt außerdem über 16 GB GDDR6-Speicher über eine 256-Bit-Busschnittstelle. Es gibt auch 80 Ray-Beschleuniger für die Raytracing-Aktivierung auf den Grafikkarten (eine RA pro Compute Unit). Die Grafikkarte arbeitet mit einem GPU-Takt von 2,1 GHz und einem Boost-Takt von 2310 MHz. Das ist eine Steigerung von bis zu 4 % gegenüber dem Referenzmodell RX 6900 XT, das mit 2015 bzw. 2250 MHz taktete. Die Grafikkarte bietet bis zu 23,65 TFLOPs FP32-Spitzenleistung.

Zusätzlich zum Standardspeicher wird die Radeon RX 6900 XT-Grafikkarte auch 128 MB Infinity Cache auf dem GPU-Die enthalten. Der Cache trägt dazu bei, die Bandbreite für eine höhere Leistung bei Auflösungen über 1080p HD zu erhöhen. Der 128 MB Infinity Cache erhöht die Standardbandbreite von 512 GB/s um das Dreifache und liefert eine effektive Bandbreite von bis zu 1.728,2 TB/s. Die Grafikkarte verfügt über 18 Gbit/s GDDR6-Speicherchips und liefert eine effektive Bandbreite von 576 GB/s. Die Karte rockt einen 335-W-TBP (ein 35-W-Bump gegenüber dem RX 6900 XT).
Was das Design der Grafikkarte angeht, so wird sie im gleichen „Midnight Black“-Geschmack wie die 6800 XT Limited Edition mit einem 2,5-Slot-Kühler, einem massiven Kühlkörper mit Dreifachlüfter und Stromversorgung über 2 8-Pin-Anschlüsse ausgeliefert.
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT – Das schnellste Navi 21 Mainstream
Die AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT wird die Navi 22 XT-GPU packen und über 40 Recheneinheiten verfügen, die 2560 Stream-Prozessoren entsprechen. Der Grafikchip verfügt außerdem über 40 Ray-Beschleuniger für Raytracing-Funktionen auf den RDNA 2-basierten GPUs. Die Grafikkarte wird mit 2495 MHz „Game“- und 2600 MHz „Boost“-Takt getaktet, was einer Steigerung von bis zu 3 % gegenüber den 2424 MHz „Game“- und 2581 „Boost“-Takten der RX 6700 XT entspricht. Die Gra[jocs card will offer 13.31 TFLOPs of peak FP32 performance.

The graphics card will feature a 12 GB GDDR6 memory buffer along with a 192-bit bus interface. AMD will be using 18 Gbps dies which would net a total bandwidth of 432 GB/s for the cards. The GPU additionally packs 96 MB of Infinity Cache. The effective bandwidth is rated at 1326 GB/s with the Infinity Cache, an increase of 3.06x.
The GPU will be fully Gen 4.0 compliant. As for the TBP, the card will feature a 250W (a 20W bump over the RX 6700 XT) design. This is solely due to the use of higher clock memory dies which will lead to increased power consumption.
The graphics card will get a brand new triple-fan ‚Midnight black‘ reference design with a dual-slot design and power provided through an 8+6 pin connector configuration.
AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT – Navi 22 Powered Budget Delight
Lastly, we have the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card which will be powered by the Navi 23 XT GPU, featuring 11.06 Billion transistors packed within a 237mm2 die. The Navi 23 GPU features 32 Compute Units with a total of 2048 stream processors. The card will also rock 32 MB Infinity Cache and features an 8 GB GDDR6 memory capacity running across a 128-bit wide bus interface at pin speeds of 17.5 Gbps for a total bandwidth of 280 GB/s and an effective memory bandwidth of up to 468.9 GB/s, an increase of up to 1.67x.
The core clocks will be maintained at 2410 MHz ‚Game‘ and 2635 MHz ‚Boost‘ for the AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT, an increase of up to 2% over the 6700 XT which clocks in at 2359 MHz ‚Game‘ & 2589 MHz ‚Boost‘ clocks. The graphics card will offer 10.79 TFLOPs of peak FP32 performance.

Just like the Radeon RX 6600 XT, the card will operate with a single 8-pin connector and TBP will be rated at 180W, a 20W bump over the RX 6600 XT. The graphics card will get a brand new dual-fan ‚Midnight black‘ reference design with a dual-slot design and power provided through a single 8-pin connector configuration.

AMD RDNA 2 Desktop GPU ‚Radeon RX 6000‘ Refresh – Pricing & Availability
There would also be a small price difference too for the new AMD Radeon RX 6000 Refresh cards. The graphics cards were previously expected to launch on the 20th of April but that date has since been moved to the 10th of May. That’s the day when the reviews and marketing hit the web but it looks like availability is planned for the 12th of May.
These cards will not only launch in the reference ‚Midnight Black‘ card flavor but also get custom treatment. Based on the existing prices, the RX 6950 XT might hit retail for slightly above $1000 US, the RX 6750 XT at $500 US, and the RX 6650 XT at $400 US. Prices of the existing models will remain unchanged.

It looks like AMD is eyeing those users who wanted to get RX 6000 series cards at launch but couldn’t do so due to the many supply and pricing issues. Rather than waiting another 6-7 months for a graphics card, users can get an upgraded RX 6000 card with slightly better performance for slightly higher pricing.
